The Tompkins Charitable Gift Fund's Board of Directors is a volunteer board made up of civic leaders, each with a distinguished career in both charitable service and business leadership.
Kelly Cobb, President
Kelly serves on the board as a licensed CPA with over 14 years of experience. The majority of her professional expertise is in manufacturing and cost accounting, with some focus on internal controls. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys taking local carpentry and woodworking classes at Hammerstone School . When she’s not working, building, and fixing, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
James A. Brown, Vice President
James Brown retired as United Way of Tompkins County CEO after 40 years of service in the United Way network. During James's tenure in Tompkins County, the organization ranked among the leading UWs nationally in annual fundraising growth for two decades and established youth and student programming that was recognized worldwide for its effectiveness and innovation. James served in numerous local and national roles including on the boards of Cayuga Medical Center and the Legacy Foundation where he served as President for several years.
Brianne Rehac
Brianne Rehac is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of industry experience. Brianne has pioneered integrated care initiatives to promote the overall health and wellness of consumers and to drive positive community impact. Brianne has worked for Fortune 500 companies, community-based organizations, and current owns her own small business. She became an agent of change at St. Bonaventure University, where she received a liberal arts undergraduate education and completed a graduate program in Community Mental Health.
Anahaita Kotval
Anahaita N. Kotval is Chief Executive Officer of Lifting Up Westchester, Inc. a social services agency dedicated to serving those experiencing hunger and homelessness in Westchester County as they strive to become self-sufficient. She has her B.Sc. in Applied Math and Economics from Brown University and a JD from Harvard Law School. Anahaita is the Board President for Non-Profit Westchester and on the Board of the Pro Bono Partnership.
